2) Donation suggested by SDS and approved by a named FC Halifax Town official,
3) Donation suggested by SDS and no response received within the requested timescale by a named FC Halifax Town official,
4) Donation suggested by SDS and a named FC Halifax Town official has responded but not expressed a view either way,
5) Donation suggested by SDS and not approved by a named FC Halifax Town official.
Donation requests up to £1,500 will be sent to the working group that has been set up to assess requests up to this value. This group will make a decision within 72 hours of the request going out. Membership of this group is open to any paid up member who has a valid e-mail address. The current members of this group are: Simon Denton, Laurence Ball, Paul Clark, Matt Wright and Richard Wilson. Once a decision has been made, all paid up members with a valid e-mail address will be informed of the outcome. Details will also be published in the next available issue of SDS Phoenix and on the SDS website.
Donation requests over £1,500 will be sent for assessment by email to all paid up members with a valid e-mail address. The deadline for responding will be included in the e-mail. Paid up members who don’t have a valid e-mail address can elect to receive notification of donation requests over £1,500 by text or phone. A further communication will be sent out detailing the result of the request assessment. Details will also be published in the next available issue of SDS Phoenix and on the SDS website. Paid up members can request information on funds available at anytime. Contact details are shown both on the SDS website and each edition of SDS Phoenix.
