About the SDS Goal-O-Meter
The SDS Goal-O-Meter swung into action at the beginning of the 2003-04 season and was very successful in raising funds for the SDS (and Halifax Town) and we have raised over £10000 for the club since its inception. But we need your help to continue this success!
Participants pledge an amount per goal, minimum sponsorship 25p, for every goal that the Shaymen score in a senior competition during the season (Unibond Division One North, FA Cup, FA Trophy and both Unibond League Cups) and all sponsors' names appear in the SDS fanzine and on the SDS website. This policy is unchanged despite the recent announcement regarding the fanzine, and we sincerely hope that all those who have supported our fundraising schemes in the past will continue to do so, as we aim to help the Shaymen climb the leagues.

To join the scheme, please print off and post this form to the address shown on the form - PLEASE NOTE this is no longer the usual SDS HQ address (form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). Forms can also be obtained from Simon Denton at Town matches, and by return post from the address on the application form. Don't worry if you've missed the start of the season - every little helps and you can join at any time, just specify the start date of your sponsorship on the form.
